For example, when you browse, interact with other users, subscribe for a plan or otherwise access or use the App. The Sean Limited is the controller and responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as "Sean", "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy policy) as set out in this policy.
Our App is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

The App may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications, for example social media networks that interact with our App. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our App, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LOCATION DATA
Please note that sophisticated users who use the App in an unauthorized manner, or other users who change their location while you remain in the same location, may use User Location to determine your exact location and may be able to determine your identity. You may choose to hide your User Location; however, the App will continue to sort and display your profile based on your relative distance from other users. Accordingly, even if you choose to hide your User Location, others may nevertheless be able to determine your location. You may revoke this permission and disable the location services on your device on an iPhone by going to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Sean; on an Android device by going to Settings > Location> App> Permissions> Location.
2. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
• Identity Data includes first name, last name, title, date of birth, gender and information on whether you are an artist or collector;
• Account Data includes username, password and related technical information regarding your account on the App;
• Profile Data includes name, handle, links to third party social media profiles, [cover photos], and information you choose to include as part of your profile, for example, biography;
• Event Data includes information you choose to share in the App regarding recent and future social events, for example, information on recent places you've visited, or events you have planned;
• Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details;
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this App;
• Location Data includes your precise location (obtained via geolocation / GPAS data derived from your device) which we collect to determine your distance from other users (User Location).
IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

You may decide to share information with us through your social media account, for instance if you decide to create and log into your Sean account via your social media or other account (e.g., Google or Apple) or to upload onto our services information such as photos from one of your social media accounts (e.g. Instagram or TikTok).

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

We may also aggregate user and location data derived from your usage of the App, which we may share with third parties. For example, we may share aggregate location statistics with retailers to allow them to use this data for customer experience enhancement. Where we share your data we will let you know, and explain why it is being shared.
